Q: CAN I RETURN MY DWELL SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
A: All dwell subscription boxes are final sale.
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS IN MY DWELL BOX?
A: The dwell box is not available for returns or exchanges, however, we offer exchanges for sized apparel. Please fill out our exchange form and we would be glad to find you a better fit! Sized apparel are the only items available for exchange – all other products are final sale.
Q: HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY SIZED APPAREL?
A: To request an exchange please contact us here, we will email you a return shipping label, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange. Your new item will be shipped out to you within two weeks of dwell head office receiving your package.
Q: WHEN DO I SEE WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
A: For our first box we have decided to keep the contents a secret, we will release one product but…that could change based on feedback from our members.
Q: ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL DUTY COSTS?
A: The dwell subscription boxes are packaged in Niagara, Ontario therefore, there are no cross-border charges. Happy shopping!
Q: IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
A: Shipping is extra.
Q: WHEN IS MY BOX SHIPPED?
A: Your box of Niagara Goodness will be shipped within five days of your new membership or your credit card being charged on your quarterly date.
We do have pick up parties for an even more local touch! You will receive an e-vite soon after you place your order with all the party details!
Q: IS PRICING IN CANADIAN DOLLARS?
A: We are a Canadian based company and happy to provide prices for dwell subscription boxes in Canadian dollars!
Q: WHAT IS DWELL’S CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: You can cancel your membership anytime in the member portal if you do not want to receive the next box you must cancel four (4) days before the next billing cycle.
The billing cycles are as follows:
March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, November 1st
Cancelling your membership will not entitle you to a refund on previous boxes, it also doesn’t stop a pending charge unless you cancel four (4) days before the billing cycle.
Q: HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Members who buy our subscription box can view and manage their subscriptions from their Customer Account. After signing in, click My account, and then Subscriptions.
All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Customers can click a subscription to view its details, including:
The next order date
Saved billing and shipping information
To cancel the subscription, they click Cancel Subscription. In the confirmation window, click Cancel Subscription.
To update their payment information, they click Payment Method and then Update Payment Method.
Note: To change the subscription shipping address, email us at hello(at)dwelliagara.ca and we will take care of that for you!
VIA THE ORDER EMAIL
To manage subscriptions, customers can also click the Manage Subscription link in the order email. This opens a new tab or window where they can sign into their account.
Q: HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
A: By making your account and purchasing a dwell subscription, you automatically become a member of the dwell community! We will send special offers, challenges, and information directly to you through email. Our members are charged quarterly in order to receive dwell seasonal boxes.
Q: HOW DOES THE DWELL SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
A: It’s super simple, we promise! All you have to do is shop on our website dwellniagara.ca and purchase the latest box, once you’ve completed your purchase you will be charged for this purchase and consecutively every 3 months for your new boxes - unless the subscription is cancelled.
